PAYMENTS

What modes of payment do you accept?
To ensure safe, no-contact deliveries, we accept only prepaid orders. You can pay through the following methods:
  • Credit/Debit Card.
  • Net Banking.
  • E-wallets (PhonePe, Amazon Pay, Freecharge and PayZapp.
  • UPI/QR code.

Are there any extra charges?
No. The price that you see on the website is inclusive of all taxes. We do not charge separately for shipping.

I have placed an order but haven’t received an order confirmation or invoice. What do I do?
If you haven’t received an invoice within 2 hours of placing your order, please contact us at customercare@tarbull.com After which, you’ll either get a confirmation message about the payment and we’ll ship your order OR the amount will be refunded into your account within the next 7 working days.

How long does delivery take after order placement?
Your Super Buddy device/accessory will be delivered within 5-7 working days of the order confirmation. In some cases, it may take an additional 2-3 days, depending on the availability of the courier service/holidays/banking confirmation.

Is there an additional shipping charge?
No, Tarbull (Super Buddy) Limited doesn’t charge extra for shipping its products.

How long does it take to process my order?
An order is processed between working days (Monday to Saturday). If you have placed an order before noon, it will get processed on the same day. Post-noon orders are processed the next day.

How do I track my order?
On placing an order, you will receive an email containing your shipping information and tracking ID. Use the tracking id to trace your shipment via the “Track Your Order” link on our website.

REFUNDS & REPLACEMENTS

How do I claim a Refund & Replacement?
A request for a refund or replacement of a product is allowed only within 24 hours. Kindly attach the receipt of the order.

Refund/Replacement Terms & Conditions:
  • Refund shall be applicable if the product delivery is delayed beyond 14 working days
  • Replacement will be applicable IF:
    • If you received the product “Dead on Arrival”.
    • If you received the “Wrong Product”.
    • If you have received a “Defected Product”.

To process the replacement, submit a receipt and verification of the complete product with packaging, accessories & freebies (if any). In case of a missing or damaged item (including the box), the cost will be debited from the customer.

The package with the product and its accessories should be intact when the courier company picks up the order.

  • The product will not be replaced under the following circumstances:
    • If the customer is not happy with a defect-free product based on the look & feel or minor differences in colour or sound quality.
    • Damage caused by an electrical surge or user handling.

CANCELLATIONS

Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel your order any time before the product has been dispatched. Once the order has been shipped from our warehouse, cancellation will not be possible.

To Cancel Order, follow these steps:
  1. Log into your account.
  2. Manage your orders.
  3. Cancel your order.

Can I change my delivery address?
Yes, a change of address is possible only before the order has been dispatched. Once shipped from our warehouse, a change in delivery address is impossible.

To Change Address, follow these steps:
  1. Log into your account.
  2. Manage your orders.
  3. Cancel your order.
  4. Re-order product with a new address.

How long does it take to cancel my order?
It takes up to 2 working days to complete the order cancellation process. You will be informed of the same via email or SMS.
